What’s More Important: The Steps We Take or The Steps We Count?

Everybody’s using some kind of fitness tracker these days, and we’re all fixated on the app giving us credit for the steps we’re taking every day. But in all that counting, are we missing something more important?

Today we’ll unpack the ideas around goals, recognition, integrity, humility, competition, and self worth.

Let’s take a look at the difference between the things people perceive about us, and the things that are actually true. And the things we allow ourselves to believe… we’ll look at a thought disease I call the Incongruity Illness, and learn a little more about how our brains are wired.

I think there’s a lot to learn from all this step counting.
